The vibrant neighborhood of Manayunk, Philadelphia witnessed an unforgettable event that brought together art enthusiasts, photographers, and creatives from all walks of life. On June 25th 2023, The Mannequin Factory (MQF), our innovative 8,000 sq. ft. production studio and art gallery, held its grand opening photo shoot day party, presented by the talented Ricky Codio. The celebration, which coincided with the Manayunk Arts Festival weekend, was filled with artistic expression, music, and community engagement.
The MQF Grand Opening Photo Shoot Day Party was the perfect way to experience the essence of art in a dynamic and interactive setting. As guests stepped into the spacious studio, they were immediately immersed in a vibrant atmosphere of creativity. This event was designed to provide a unique platform for artists, models, and photographers to collaborate and showcase their talents.
One of the highlights of the day was the live Podcast production hosted by lifestyle enthusiast, Mo and the live photoshoots that took place throughout the event. Our team of professional photographers captured stunning moments, creating visual masterpieces in real-time. Guests were dressed in stylish outfits mingled with the crowd, adding an extra touch of glamour to the occasion. Guests also had the opportunity to witness the magic of photography and see firsthand how art can come to life.
The ambience was further elevated by the pulsating beats from DJ JOVI and DJ NA$H, setting the perfect mood for mingling and dancing. As people grooved to the music, conversations flowed, connections were made, and a sense of community blossomed. It was an occasion that not only celebrated art but also brought people together in a shared love for creativity and expression.
Guests were also treated to a delightful selection of food provided by Navita and Counture Miles and drinks served by Lamont Darrien as well as an Ice Cream Truck, and popsicles by Whimsicle ensuring that appetites were satisfied and thirsts quenched. From delectable bites to refreshing beverages, the culinary offerings added an extra layer of enjoyment to the event. Guest had the chance to indulge in tantalizing flavors while immersing themselves in the artistic ambiance.
The MQF team had meticulously curated the ambience, ensuring that every corner of the space was aesthetically pleasing. The captivating artwork on display added an extra layer of inspiration along with Live Painting by Wendy Medley.
